| Make Mine A Double!!! Spring Tour 2005 |
 |
May 15/05 - Flint, MI - The Local 432
I love this place. Everyone working and who cum here just seem to love everything with music.
We had a blast hanging out with down town brown and South Bay Bessie again. Thanks for the
ride to grab that hummus as well. Good stuff. Great crowd full of all kinds of eye candy.
I was blown away on how many people sang the entire set. I had a blast and can't wait to
come back.

 |
May 14/05 - West land, MI - Token Lounge
Man it has been years since we played this club. So many good times. The name has changed but
the owner john is still the same. We had a great time throwing down with all the bands and
friends that showed up. The staff was great and well john is a king. Really great people.
Spent most the night talking shit with Jason from the suicide machines. Great guy and thanks
for the meds man. They really helped. Down town brown rock as always. Just like to thank the
singer for giving me his blessing on kissing his mom. Oh hot lips!!!!

 |
May 13/05 - Detroit, MI
Well here we are again with a canned show. Dave and Colin put us on opening for them and
the rest of the mustard plug goons tonight at Alvin’s. We had a blast and it was great
to see so many old pals show up. This being sick sucks sucks sucks. I spent most the
night trying to stop coughing and just hanging out with everyone that works at Alvin’s
as well. Great people and club.
-E |
 |
May 12/05 - Grand Rapids, MI
Well got a call the day before saying the show has been canned. I just so happened to get an
e-mail from my old pal Colin of mustard plug saying he can throw us on some radio show he was
working at. Yep how do we get better faster? Running to the first smoky bar and rock out. It
was a fun night most of which was spent catching up with mustard plug boys and fighting off
all the horny college girls. Oh the pain.

May 11/05 - FT Wayne, IN - Legends
After walking around Dayton with Willy and picking up a few Frank Sinatra box sets and a Carter
family box set, we hit the road to Ft. Wayne. Tonight’s show got moved from an all ages venue
to a 21 +. Always hate that but the turn out was good and all the old gang showed up. I spent
most the night chatting up Von Ghoul from the lurking corpses and trying to hide the cake etc
from our birthday boy the kid. The lurking corpses kicked ass once again. All the bands did.
We did our set celebrated the kid’s b day and then off to the hotel for more rest. I pulled
a muscle on my ribs tonight from coughing. Man this is murder! Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!
-E |
 |
May 10/05 - Dayton, OH - ElBO's
Had a nice drive day the day before where we all tried to get one more day of
sleep and to get rid of all the colds and bronchitis we all have. Got to Dayton
early and checked in to the crown plaza across the street from the club. After
we load in Elbo's, Chins hooked us up with some killer Chinese food. Always a
treat. Had a great turn out and as always had a blast. Gee Gee and the boys
always go over the line for us. All the bands were great and well it was just
a fun night. I am still really sick so can't hang out like I always do so
after one Jager shot with gee gee I’m off to the hotel for a little rest.
-E |
 |
April 30/05 - Fayetteville, NC - John J's
Spent the afternoon at our friends Kate house. She had an amazing cookout for us.
Hung out with the Spartans and had a few drinks. Not a bad crowd at the venue.
Everyone there seemed to be really cool. Well one band right out of high school
didn't understand my humor and got kinda pissy but after a few words were said
and I offered to take them all on at once did they shut up and leave with their
tails between their legs. It was a fun show but the PA really sucked or should
I just say the sound man suck. Vocals were pretty much nothing. All he kept
saying was how great it was and he would hook us up in RI. OH Boy. Back to
Kate’s for an after party where I crashed out due to feeling like crap once
again. We have a week off so I'm off to get med and some R&R.
-E |
 |
April 29/05 - Johnson City, TN - Heather's Hide Away
Seems as if I am getting sicker and sicker. Tonight’s show was really fun a great
crowd showed up. Had a great time singing to bone's mom. It was her first show so
it was great to see her with all smiles. I just didn't get to hang out due to being
sick. I once again got stuck in my room while the guys tore up the town. I think
everyone is getting the bug now.
-E |
 |
April 28/05 - Nashville, TN - The Gibson Showcase
The venue is huge and there is No advertising for the show. It looks like a scary night
indeed. We spend the day walking around Opry Mills where the venue is located getting
b-day gifts for bones. I hung out back stage most the night puking my guts up but tried
to but on a good show for the people who showed. Not a bad turn out just not what it
should have been. We had a good time fucking with bones on stage making him open his
gifts and reading his cards. Most the crowd are good friends so they go a kick out
bones getting cake smashed in his face. After the show I once again crash as the
guys terrorize Rashville. Heard some funny stories but the way bones looked in the
morning said it all.
-E |
 |
April 27/05 - Chattanooga, TN - The Local
We show up and hook up with some old friends of ours that were in the Shaffers.
It was great to see them and to hang out the little bit we got to. The place was
packed and the show was great. We really had a good time. I am just getting more
and more sick so after the show I put on some dry cloths and hit the van to rest.
Man I wish I could have hung out more.
-E |
 |
April 25/05 - Memphis, TN - Hi Tone
OHHHHHHHHH where am I. We get to Memphis and do our thing. We hit the BBQ shop
with our leader of Memphis Jody and ate till we were all unable to walk .Memphis
we always hit but as far as playing we have not been here in years and tonight
were just a fun night. I am really sick so that sucks but we had a blast. The
guys all went out with our good pal Jody and his wife Kelly and tear up Memphis
and a 20 million dollar flight simulator. I’ll let you ask them.
-E |
 |
April 24/05 - St Louis, MO - The Creepy Crawl
We load in and shoot the shit with everyone at the Creepy Crawl. For those of
you who have never seen a show at the creepy crawl you should really look into
it. I will just leave it at that. It is one of my Favorite places to play period.
The crew working their and the owner Jeff are all kings in my book. And with
that I let you hear the stories from others. They are all true!
-E |
 |
April 23/05 - Paducah, KY - Reidland Community Center
Got to the venue and couldn't believe how many people were showing up.
The promoter for the night was really nice. It was his first show.
Teenage Rehab was great but all the bands were cut short due to the
show starting late. They had rented the hall only for a set amount of
hours so that kinda sucked that we didn't get to see full sets by all
the bands. We had a blast and can't wait to come back. We ended up at
a huddle house then the guys partied all night with the adrenals. I'm
trying to be a good boy and save my strength for the creepy crawl.
-E |
 |
April 22/05 - Springfield, MO - Billiards (The Blue Room)
Got to Springfield the night before and just took it easy. Went to the venue early and
checked out the place and loaded in. I just took it easy at the bar till show time
hanging out with friends from horrorwoodbabbleon.com and some people who drove from
Tulsa to see us play. Didn’t hurt that the Bartenders all were big fans and really
nice and looked as if they just fell out of playboy. Had a great time just shooting
the shit till show time. Had a good turnout and a fun show. I ended up crashing out
early while the other goons went out for a wild night.
-E |
 |
April 20/05 - Snowed-In in Denver
Can you believe we are stuck on the highway in a snowstorm this time of year?
There has been a bad wreck in front of us and the road is blocked. We still
have about 4 hours to drive. Looks like we will be late. Bones has been chatting
it up with a guy from victory records in their promo van trying to get something
worth a crap to listen too. What a day so far. From hot and desert dry to this.
Well it is getting worse and worse so we say the hell with it and find the nicest
hotel close. Checked in and loaded up the fridge with drinks and order some room
service. None of us have phone service so we are cut off from the world. Feels
kinda nice. Seems all the calls I have been getting of late sucked anyway.
Bones, the kid and I hit the hot tub and run into no other then Katsumi and
Jill Kelly the porn stars. Seems the gals and some of the dancers they are
traveling with are stuck here too. Oh well life is so hard some times. We
have a nice relaxed movie night in our room with a few friends over for no
other then The Rat Pack "Elvis welcome home special" and some fresh hot
buttered popcorn. Yum Yum kiddies.
-E |
 |
April 19/05 - Salt Lake City, UT - 15 Street Pub Burt’s Tikki Hut
Well that was a drive. We get in and find out our show has been moved
to a 21+ venue due to the slipknot show being canned. All the opening
acts took our venue and sold it out in 18 minutes. Our promoters picked
up that show as well so they were happy as pigs in shit to say the least.
We hit the hotel and the guys go eat some rotgut mex food. I just walk
the streets my stomach is in knots to say the least. Just too much going
on in old E's personal life these days. We load into Burt's tikki lounge
and throw back a few Jager bombs. The place soon packs out. We thought we
were going to get the shaft due to the other show but the promoters
treated us very well and the crowd was in a frenzy to say the least.
All the bands were great and all put on a great show. I couldn't believe
that everyone knew all the words to every song. I split my pants right
up the front half way through the set. A little extra show for everyone.
Glad it was 21 + at that moment. Die monster Die put on a great show
after us and we took care of the bartenders and knew found friends.
It was a very, very long night to say the least.
-E |
 |
April 17/05 - Portland, OR - Sabalas of MT Tabor
We pulled up to an early metal show going on. This is a great venue.
Huge with all kinds of little corners and rooms filled with great
posters and artwork. So many great memories from last year when we
were here last. After load in the club fixes us some killer food and
take great care of us. I had a shitty day but all the bands killed
tonight. Everyone was so nice it really helped me get out of the funk
some. I must admit I was a little sad to see the 800 Octain boys do
their last show with us on this run. Great guys and great band. The
place really fills up as we walk on stage. I had a blast playing.
Everyone in the room was all smiles. This is just a great place to
play and great people to play for. After the show we head over
to ol' Dave Octains house for some washing of the rags and late
night chit chat.

April 16/05 - Spokane, WA - Fat Tuesday
Will! Why is the room spinning! Oh man what did we get into last night that made
us feel like this? Jump in the van and we are off .8 hours till Spokane. Load in
then hit the hotel room for a little R&R to get back on track. The venue tonight
(Fat Tuesday's) is great. Nice people and just a great set up. I don't know who
called all the strip clubs up and gave all the dancer's free tix but THANK YOU!
All the bands were great and a good time was had by all. To our new pals heading
over to Amsterdam remember what I told you! They Have Great cheese at the
airport too.

April 15/05 - Eugene, OR - John Henry's
Had to sneak in and out of the hotel last night. A lot of work for four hours sleep.
Today is just one of those days. We check into our suite then all hit the sack. I
walked around and checked out the town. Nice city. Today is the fourth anniversary
of Joey's passing. Can't seem to shake it .so I just try to keep myself busy. Not
much that can keep my mind off things. Trust me for such a small mind there is a
ton of dookie on it these days. I W\watched Willy's Iron maiden DVD’s and just
screwed around till load in.800 Octain open the show tonight. I missed them but
Bones said the killed again. Check em out kids! Libby behind the bar was trying
to kill us with the stiff drinks among other things. We had a fun time playing
to say the least and once the doors were locked the after party was nice as well.
I snuck out early and just hung out alone for awhile. Nice to be alone sometimes
you know. Just one of those nights. Well mornings by then.
-E |
 |
April 14/05 - Longview, WA - Reid’s Pittstop
Well after two long days of driving and some heavy duty thinking we reach Longview, WA.
We get to the show early like always and check out the street the club is on. I have
never seen a pawn shop that sells guns, tools and used bondage/ S&M gear till today.
UGHH .After load in we head over to The Canton Chinese restaurant and bar to throw
back a few. The show tonight is all ages so no booze in the club. We were warned
about this bar earlier in the day by some locals who told us great tales of biker
fights and sleazy ladies of the night and drinks so strong you'd lose your voice
for a week. You know we ran right over to it. What a treat. We got there just in
time for Okey Dokey Karaoke. Imagine Vincent Price with our sense of humor dry
humping the biker chicks as they sing and telling nasty jokes. Sounds like a
good time eh? Willy B sang some Conway Twitty to the ladies and even proposed
to a woman with the blackest teeth I have ever seen. Oh that Willy is such a
romantic. We head back over and had a great show. I love all ages shows just
for the reason people are there to see the bands not just to get drunk & laid
etc. We had a blast hanging out with the owner and his son Sam. Great people.
800 Octain played after us and brought the place down. They were one of the
loudest bands I have ever seen..... Eh sunny

 |
April 11/05 - Downey, CA - Anarchy Library
Woke up and hung out all day at the hotel doing nothing but walking around and
talking to all the cheerleaders in town for a big meet they were having. OH
the luck. The venue tonight is very small but makes up for it with a great
vibe. It's hard to believe that the Voodoo Boys and DK's have played here.
Hung out with the other guys in Poop and threw back a few cold ones.
I'd like to thank all the girls for coming out tonight. The professional
dancers and the ones who just shook their money makers. You made our night.
We had a blast and didn't want to get off stage. Thanks again to all who
came out. You made it a great night and BJ I ordered your food from Denny's!

 |
April 9/05 - Huntington Beach, CA - Fitzgeralds
We swing by the Voodoo house and pick up Jerry from the Voodoo Glow Skulls for a night of well... Trouble.
Get to the club and throw down. Cell Block 5 opened and kick ass. I have known Dave the singer for about
10 years but never met him face to face. Great guy. Poop played after. Some of the guys were in DI,
Adolesence and Christian death. After we did our thing we threw back a few then hit Johnny's place.
Man it is closing time so after the shut the doors the party begins. What goes on the road stays on
the road and tonight is why we have that rule!
*SUN 10, well no show tonight. Long story. We end up over at the Voodoo house after a huge feast
at Buca de beppo. Catch up with Jerry and Eddie and some other old friends then hit the movies
to see sin city. Great movie. Go see it. After we threw down a little more then back to the
hotel. We have a cop following us with his spotlight and lights on us till we park.
I know it's hard to be as pretty as me but damn he didn't have to shine the lights on
my pretty face for 15 minutes. We get out and everything is cool. He didn't get the
big bust he wanted and we get some good R & R.
-E

 |
April 8/05 - Phoenix, AZ - The Emerald Lounge
Everyone is kinda burnt but we do our best of doing what we do and have fun.
Great to see so many friendly faces and old friends. Can't wait to cum back
in the fall.

April 7/05 - Tsaile, NM - The Sub
Wake up with my legs black and blue from all the people who fell into me last night.
My ass is sore to say the least from the show and sleeping in the van. We make it
to the rex on time to find out the venue pulled the rug out from us again. Our Bro
Anthony always does our shows here and one thing is for sure he always comes through.
After dinner he gets a call we can do a house show. We show up and they have a great
PA and lights set up out side for us. I can't believe all the people who show up
on an hour notice. They are getting call from the club we were supposed top play
that there is a ton of people there who can't make the hour drive for one reason
or the other. To those who hitch hiked Thanks you. Friends like you are why we
do this. The party was great. Everytime Will did a solo the crowd would swallow
him up. I have never seen will jump into a crowd like that so that says a lot.
Seeing him have so much fun was really a blast. I wish I had a pic of all the
girls hugging him while he did the solo on mother. Classic. Thanks again to
Denise and her mom for letting us throw down and to the soundmen and to all
who showed up. Tonight will be in my mind for a long time to come.

April 6/05 - El Paso, TX - Surges
If it's not one thing it's another. Willy and myself head out in search of a tire.
After that we hit a soup or salad on the way out of town. We get to El Paso at
5pm on time and wait for two hours before anyone shows. Uurghhh this shit is
getting old. The promoter takes us to his grandmother’s house for some killer
home made mex food. She speaks no English but still manages to get out she
want to be independents. Very sweet. We head back to the club and sit outside
with the crowd for another hour or two. This does not look good. Finally the
owner shows and explains there was a mix up with the bartender on who will open.
Make a long story short the club pack out when we go on stage. The girl working
the door tells bones she over sold it by 50 because she thought some people
would leave. Wrong. The place went nuts and so did we. Can’t wait to come back
in the fall. After we play we have to jump in the van and haul ass to the Rez.
I hate the long drives and early load-ins.
-E |
 |
April 5/05 - Santa FE, NM - Whare House 21 (Free Show!)
Had to get some work on our trailer so we got a late start. After the 9-hour drive
we had time to say hello to Electra and the gang and hit the stage. This place
always packs out. Great show and great crowd. Always a pleasure to play here.
Free shows rock. We are really burnt so we head to a hotel and crash.
-E
|
 |
April 4/05 - Oklahoma City, OK - The Conservator
Got some work done on the van and ate some great home cooked mex food
and we are off. Get to the club on time and sit around for two hours
on some one to show. I hate when that happens. We had a great time
and the crowd was great. This is the old green door. I loved it then
and I still do. Not a lot went on after the last bartender fell out.
So we head back to the room for a little rest.
-E
|
 |
April 3/05 - Dallas, TX - Red Blood Club
Loaded in and then hit the streets of deep E to check out the art fair going on.
Tons of bands playing and art with you know it. Bones styles everywhere. We had
some good laughs for sure. Some of Maltoro showed up and threw back a few with
us as well as other good friends. The show was fun and well lets say we can't
wait to come back and do it again. After the show we took all our pals and
most the people working the show over to the Texas tearoom for an after party.
That’s about all I remember :-)
-E |
 |
April 2/05 - Denton, TX - Private Party
After a good drive and some Bones front seat sing alongs we hit Denton
for a birthday party. A friend of ours found out we had the night off
and got a hold of another one of his pals to get us to play his friends
B day. There was already a show but she is a huge fan so they went the
extra mile to make this work. This was a fun night. Laid back just like
we like it and well everyone one who worked the club to the people at
the party were all smiles and very cool to us. We had a blast.
-E

 |
April 1/05 - San Antonio, TX - Sanctuary
Woke up and got a nice surprise at the front desk. Our old chum Al
left us a ton of some local brew we dig that is only made one month
of the year in Houston. Cheers Al. You are a king. Got to venue early
and checked out the record store built into the front of it. After
load in we hit a hotel and think for about 2 minutes on going to
check out the river walk. Fri night and river walk =‘s NO Way. We
head back to the club and check out the scene and some great bands.
Once again I can't tell you how good it feels to have the first few
rows all girls singing every word to every song. I can't wait to come
back. Mojo the promoter is a great guy and good friend. Always nice
to see this cat in a good mood.
-E |
 |
March 31/05 - Houston, TX - Will's on Washington
Stopped and grabbed some pooboys on the way out of town. We have a nice windy
drive with a little rain but nothing that could or would stop us. Checked into
the hotel then off to the club. It was a great mix of bands tonight. A little
metal and some cool reggae dub then some old style punk before Maltoro hit
the stage. We had a blast with these guys and please be sure to check them
out. Not just a great band but also a great bunch of goons to boot. Thanks
to our pal Al for showing up with the toast before the gig. Glad Jager
founds it way to us. Hate when a club runs out on us like that. We did
our thing then off for some late night fun and attack of the Tex-Mex!
-E

 |
March 30/05 - New Orleans, LA - The Lounge Lizard
Got into New Orleans around 4 and checked into the hotel. Hit the roof top bar with
the the kid and Willy B for a bloody mary w/ pickled okra. After load in we had all
night to take in the French qtr. I have been playing New Orleans for years so I have
my special spots I like to hit. First off are some fresh Oysters and craw fish then
just walk around and take in everything, such a perfect night to do this all in.
the weather could not have been more perfect and the qtr was not crowded. After
some Japanese tea I head back to the club and hook up with our old friends in
Rock City Morgue and the F$%#@ Horribles showed up and our main NO goons Coz
and Kimmie. Maltoro Kicked ass again tonight, we had a fun set full off
goofing off and well just laughing. Thanks again for all the hookups that
the lounge lizard hooked us up with. Great people.

 |
March 29/05 - Pennsacola, Fl - Slugo's
I'm so happy this place is back open. Terry and the gang have been doing shows for us
since the mid 90's. Always a great place to play and just hang out. I spent most the
day walking around down town checking out the piers and the ships etc. The weather
could not have been nicer for doing nothing in. we loaded in and just sat back and
had a good time. The crowd was made up of old friends. This was more like playing a
party then a crazy show. It was just a relaxed night. This place is also a vegan
restaurant with some of the best food period! It was great to see the f#%#@n Horribles
as well. They have some of the best props!
Ziti made the show by eating one of them.

 |
March 28/05 - Mobile, AL - Cell Block
9 hour drive in some really windy weather. Whets up with all this wind the past few days?
We get to the venue and everyone seems laid back. We walked around down town which was
pretty much all closed and found a bar for a few drinky poohs. When we get back to the
venue there is a really nice sized well boozed up crowd. Maltoro played again tonight.
Looks like they will be on the next 4 shows. The crowd was really getting into them.
Our new pal Russ was throwing Jager Bombs out like they were hot potatoes. By the time
we went on stage this place was ready to explode and that is just what they did.
Everything happened from boobies being flashed to me ending up with some one's
dentures in my mouth by the end of our set. This was such a fun night that no one
expected to end up as good as it was. I can't wait to come back.

March 26/05 - Orlando, FL - Will's Pub
Had a great lunch with our pal buck from Flat Stanley then off to do another awesome show with The Queers.
After load in we hit a Korean Restaurant for one of the best Korean meals I have ever had. Back at the
club around 8 and it's sold out. I missed the bones but got to catch some of the black Halos. Great guys
and band. Hung out with Joe Queer most the night just talking shit and goofing off. We had a blast
playing and hanging out. Thanks to my old pal Phillip Hill for helping me out on suspicious minds again
tonight. Everyone that works at Will's and Will himself treat us like kings. It is one of our favorite
places to play. We really are lucky to be able to hit such great friendly places. The Queers were amazing
tonight. One of the best shows I have seen by them. I got up and sang Rock away beach with them again
tonight. I had a great joke in my head worked up to play on Joe but I jumped the gun and it went to shit.
Easter always is a hard day for me since I lost Joey on it but tonight’s show really kept my chin up.
Thanks to everyone who came out played or work. It was a perfect night.

 |
March 26/05 - Tampa, FL - The Brass Mug
After a chinese feast and a quick stop by Roz's Smoothie king we hit the road back up.
Sleep time in the everglades. We must have seen 200 gators today. Done this drive hundreds
of time and never seen them till today. Could it be a sign? They are coming for you Willy B.
The Brass Mugg is one of the first places we played out of state years ago. They have always
been there for us and to top it off they have the best Cajun boiled peanuts in the south
(Ohhhh my ass!) There was a good crowd full of rowdy drunks and crazy ladies. Tampa is one
of the craziest towns we play. Our friends Mal Toro are on this show along with Flat Stanley.
These are two great bands you should check out. The pits were pretty out of hand I must admit.
We had a blast playing and goofing off with everyone. I don't think we got out of there till 4am.
Last thing I remember is some girl walking towards the door fully puking on herself with zombie eyes.
Get me to the hotel!

March 25/05 - Miami, FL - Churchill's
What a long crappy drive we had. It was bumper to bumper all the way down and raining like hogballs
to top it off. I don't think we ever got over 50 mph the entire drive. We managed to check in a room
and clean up sorta before hitting the venue. The shows down here always pack out and not with just
any goons either. It's always like a super model convention. Our booking agent Roz came out and
blessed us with her presence. She is one hell of a woman to say the least. We didn't hit the stage
till 2:30 Am and had to cut it short. The crowd was crazy and the pit was amazing. It’s an
amazing feeling to see a few hundred people singing every word to every song. Nothing is
better. Well a lot of people were not too happy about us having to cut it short but that’s
just how it goes. We would have played longer but the show just over ran on time.

March 24/05 - Jacksonville, FL - Freebirds
I knew not to over due it last night. We are playing with our best pals the Queers tonight
and these shows are always the shit. We got to the venue early and shared gear with The
Queers and Black Halos. Easy is the key word to shows like this with the Queers. We all
work together and have a lot of respect for each other. I go have dinner with Joe and
Phillip and the boys and talk shit for a few hours. If you know Joe then you know he
is the King of shit talking. He kills me the funny mofo. The places packs out and well
the Bones kick ass. Check the guys out. Great guys from over seas that play good ole
dirty rock and roll. We blew a new hole in the roof if I must say so myself. the
crowd knew every word to every song and the bodies were flying left and right from
all the stage diving .all our fiends showed up tonight from Big D to Will and Libby
and the rest of the cast of misfits we call family. It was a great show and one hell
of a night.

March 23/05 - Gainsville, FL. - Market Street Pub
I wish I could tell you about the past few days but some things are better left unsaid.
We get into Gainesville early and try to check into the same hotel we always stay at and
find it and all the ones close to it full. Man this is not good. I look into my coupon
book and find a huge add for a cheap room and well I do have a k mart credit card you
put it together. Turns out this hotel is really nice and full of female swim teams
from all over the country and has a free happy hour for its guest. Fast forward two
hours and you have all us ghouls in black by the pools trying to teach these girls
how to swim with a mighty good buzz. Watch out for those gators ladies! Willy and
I catch a ride to the radio station and due a pretty funny interview then off to
the venue. We got to play with one of my favorite bands tonight NOMORE. They are
some of the coolest people out there and they kick ass. We had a great time
throwing down with them and catching up. Glad all the guys from Less Than Jake
came out as well. Sorry we didn't get to hang out more but had to try and
catch up on my beauty sleep. Hey you think I just wake up looking this good?

March 19/05 - Atlanta, GA - Hard Rock Cafe"Punk/Ska fest"
Yep, you heard me right three hours then it was off to hotlanta for the "Rude Boy Invasion".
Our load in time was supposed to be 12pm and well we made it the by 12:45.damn Parades!
Talking about the walking dead well we were it. Never have fit in to any scene really
just kinda slipped into them all and being ourselves. Love it or leave it bitches.
Today's show was really laid back and I was surprised on how much props we got from
all the bands. Seems all grew up listening to us or had played with us in one band
or another they used to be in. I had a lot of personal things I was dealing with so
didn't get to really hang out as much as I wanted and when I did I was beating the
shit out of Jose Quervo. It was great as always to see our good pals The Pietasters.
Steve and the boys are trouble just like us on a bartender. Once the Hard rock cut
me off from the bar it was time to split. I heard it was by 10 pm. I was already
in Mexico in my mind by then.

March 18/05 - Savannah, GA - The Jinx
Sorry again to all the girls from platinum plus who asked us out after the show.
I really wasn't feeling well and had a ton of things to take care of today so I
couldn't make it out. Next time it will be on trust me. After a very shitty
emotional day full of crap, doo doo and other great words that are fun to say
we hit Savannah, GA. The streets are packed due to all the St. Patrick's Day
crap they have going on. We are playing the Jinx tonight. This has always been
a good place for us over the years and tonight was no different. Everyone who
worked there and the owner are some of the nicest people we have come across
in a long time. The show was packed and well we had our Conway Twitty "live
on the Mississippi" playing on the huge screen behind us so you know we had
a blasts. We did three encores and well would have done more but we ran out
of songs that the guys knew how to play. I hate when that happens. Everyone
in the place was stomping their feet, banging on what they could chanting
for more. Nothing is better then that folks! Thanks to our old pal Jeff
for letting us crash for the three hours we did.

March 17/05 - Columbia, SC - New Brooklyn Tavern
Well after the crappy Chinese food we ate we all just wanted to get to our hotel
rooms and get it out of us ASAP. We checked in and did just that and as Johnny Cash
taught us. Took long power naps. Nothing better for a hang over then sleep... well
maybe more booze but if you know us you know that will be there. I get hit with
a big blow at sound check. I lost one of my best friends. Needless to say this
put a big damper on the show not to mention I have a really nice sinus infection
and horrible sore throat. Thanks to everyone who came out and Thanks for all
the shots. Columbia feels like another home town to us. So many great people
came out and threw down with us. Always a high light of any tour to play here.

March 16/05 - Charlotte, NC - The Milestone
Oh boy. Last two times we played this joint I got a bottle broke over my head and a
knife pulled on me. Not to mention the owner got a dead rat smashed on his head for
ripping us and the Frankenstein Drag Queens off. What a night that was. Good to know
they have new people running the place. We load in and then hang out with the new
guys and find out these guys are really great people. They really are busting their
ass to make it work. You'd be so surprised on how many promoters out there just
don't give a shit. It is crazy. I talked to my buddy Wed 13 for awhile. His kid
is sick so he can't make it out. We had planned on getting him to get up and
sing over the rainbow for everyone. Man he can really bring a tear to your eyes
with his angelic version. The crowd tonight was insane as well. I'm glad our
pals from Canada came down and filmed some of these shows. I have never been
kicked so many times in the head by stage divers in my life. It's nice to say
finally that we had a great time in the home of Ric Flair! Whooooooooooo!!!

March 15/05 - Charleston, SC - Cumberlands
Loaded in a 5pm and didn't go on till 12. Life on the road kids. Hurry up and wait is
all you have to know. I must admit I was nervous about the turn out. These goons are
very fashionably late in this town for sure. Around 11 the place was really jumping.
The Skoundrals put on a great show. By the time we went on the place was a Jager bomb
ready to blow. We had a blast and the crowd knew more words to our songs then I did.
A ton of old friends and family came out that we have not seen in years. And to all
the girls showing their boobies. I wish I had two more thumbs. I'd give you all
four thumbs up for sure!

March 12/05 - Jacksonville, NC - Arena
We knew this was going to be one of those days when we stopped to eat Chinese buffet and
the soundtrack to CATS was being played in the restaurant. Tasted like chicken to me.
This is one of the easiest and coolest places to play. As soon as we walk in the door
we get handed our hotel keys for the hotel behind the club and get offered some shots.
We load in and eat then hang out with the band Black Ice. I have to tell you. If you
like the misfits with graves singing you have to check out this band. They sound more
like the records then the line up that played on them. They drove the crowd into a
mad frenzy. Jerry Von I swear is Jerry Only's twin. Same million dollar smile and
personality. This was a fun show. The place was packed and insane. We had a blast!
Ross the owner kept us going all night with the Jager bombs. The man is a saint!

March 11/05 - Florence, SC - Shooters
Another home town show. We walk in the venue and see our pal Rent A Roadie doing sound.
I can't tell you what a good feeling it is to walk in a club and knowing you are going
to be taken care of. This guys has been doing shows for us since 95 .some how we lost
track of him for a few years but it was great to have his drunk ass back out .
Another very great laid back day for us. The show was great and everyone seemed to have a blast.
There is no better place in the world then your own bed..... You know I still didn't sleep worth a shit.

March 10/05 - Myrtle Beach, SC - The Social
It's always great to play
your home town. In our case we seem to have a lot of home towns. Most of our
day was spent hanging out with friends and just doing what you are supposed to
do at the beach...Nothing. The Social is a great new club that our good friends
(who used to have the limelight) opened up. They really have put in a ton of
work to give Myrtle Beach a great all ages
venue and bar. I really hope that the scene there gets off their ass and makes
sure it's open for a long time to cum. We had a little before show party at our
pal’s restaurant Sun City. Things were going great till the kid got
jumped by Jose Quervo and Peppy Lopez. The poor guy just about made it through
the set when he did his now famous Ric Flair strut and face plant. As
always we had a great time.

March 5/05 - Spartanburg, SC - Ground Zero
10 am... Had a nice walk around the hotel checking out all the fights in the
parking lots.
Seems like a lot of people woke up on the wrong side of the wet spot this
morning. We Gas up on Mexican food and cheap Fuel.* Note for drivers Augusta,
GA has the cheapest gas. We got into Spartanburg after one hell of a windy
drive. We were all white knuckling it with flash backs of the crash in the UK.
I was very van sick when we hit the local mall to do some shopping and wench
watching. Come on now. Don't make that face. There is no one at the club and
you know the mall is always packed with the local talent, clean bath rooms
and AC in the summer time. This was my kinda day. Nice cool weather and nothing
going on but us farting around. We did a fast load in and sound check then
checked in the hotel and just kicked back. Had another good turn out at this
show. We tour so much that when we hit the same places twice a year it's like a
family reunion only thing is we are all the ones who sneak out back of those
and get into trouble. Now we are all in one room and in charge. We always have
a blast in Spartanburg and tonight was no different. Hell I almost got pulled
off stage a few times from the felines in the front few rows.
MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOW! After the show we hung out with Mick the owner and talk worldly events
till the wee hours of the Morning. I wish I could remember some of it now.
We have the next few days off so we all plan on getting those last minute
things done and some R&R. Can't wait till the next show.
Food from Venue = a few Domino's Pizza's.

March 4/05 - Augusta, GA - Sector 7
8:00 am...What the hell am I doing up so early? Who am I kidding? I can't
sleep I'm ready to get on the road and kick some ass!!! Mocha Cap with a Double
shot of espresso there is no turning back now! We have a nice ride with old
Alice Cooper and New Judas Priest blasting. I think ole JP ripped off spinal
tap on the last # on the CD. Stone Hinge! I hear ya baby.
We hit Augusta about 6 PM and hit Hale Tiki bar at about 6:01pm. I wish!
We loaded in and knocked out a quick soundcheck. The Kid and I Hit the local
Coffee house to get our fix for the night then decide to see what's shaken.
This is the first Friday of the month which means the streets are full of bands,
beer, food stands and well freaks and prostitutes. Nice to feel so at home.
We work up a mighty big thirst so we decide to hit a favorite stomp the
Hale Tiki Bar for a little drinky pooh. After a few Scorpion bowls, Fog Cutters
and Concubines... Willy B stops in and throws back a few and then remembers
it's time to play. Always nice when the Venue is right behind a Favorite spot!
There is a nice crowd tonight full of all the familiar hoodlums ready to
throw down. I didn't get to catch the opening bands which I heard all kicked ass.
I had no idea of what time it was after Tiki time :-). Hate when that
happens. The show was great. Augusta always kicks ass! You goons never let us down
that's for sure! After we hung out for a while we all went to the after party
at (You guessed it!) The Hale Tiki bar.
Now let’s keep pizza score.
Food from Venue = a few Pappa John's Pizza's
